CAFFISSIMO

30 Fielder St, East Perth
Ground floor of ABC Building, corner of Royal St

Ph: 9221 7774

Caffissimo in Royal St, East Perth is located on the ground floor of the new flashy looking ABC headquarters. As more companies have moved their offices to the Claisebrook Village, East Perth precinct, cafes have opened up to meet demand for services from the influx of workers.

Breakfast menu items range from $2 for toast, $3 for cereal or fruit toast, and $5.50 for muesli or fruit salad with yoghurt. For a more substantial meal, try the $8.50 for scrambled eggs and toast for $8.50 and a big breakfast for $12. Prices are reasonably priced especially for Claisebrook where prices tend to be slightly higher.

On this particular day, my friend and I ordered a couple of lattes and a serve of fruit toast. The fruit toast was delicious. The coffees were hot and a nice strength.

Workers and residents queued up for their early morning injection of caffeine amongst the babble of media talk in the background.

Caffissimo is another burgeoning franchise with outlets springing up in the city and the suburbs. Stay tuned to see who wins the lion's market share of coffee patronage on Royal St.
